Dragon 2000. We use Dragon 2000 to manage bookings and customer information. Their privacy policy can be found here.
Airtable. We use this tool to gather booking information from customers that come through our website. This information is stored securely and is transferred to Dragon 2000 when a book has been made. The Airtable privacy policy can be seen here.
DVLA. We use an open sourced DVLA API connection to gather vehicle, Tax and MOT information when a booking has been made on our site. This API cource information can be obtained here.
Squarespace. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, no personal data is stored on this platform but cookies may be tracked. Their privacy policy can be seen here
Any information you have given us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on www.northstreetmotors.co.uk (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, search for a product, place an order on our site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, personal description and photograph, date of birth, employment details, and address history. Any of this information will not be sent to any one else apart from Close motor finance only if you are applying for finance. If a car has been purchased and includes a warranty your details will be sent to wms. When purchasing a car from North Street Motors (Stow) Ltd your details will be held on our data base for the legal time of 6 years. We will not contact you with marketing unless you have previously opted in. This will also apply for MOT, servicing and bodywork.
